Bumprider USA Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Bumprider order. We offer a 60-day return policy on unused products in their original packaging and resellable condition.

Please email info@bumprider.us for an RMA. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, however Bumprider US is able to provide a discounted label to be deducted from your return or refund. 

If the product has been used, it will be subject to a restocking fee. The amount of the fee is determined by the amount of usage/wear and tear on the product. If you wish to return an item, please send it back to:
