Bumprider USA Limited Warranty

Bumprider guarantees your Connect 3 stroller against any manufacturing defects to chassis and wheels for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original owner with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer in the region of purchase. Replacement parts do not extend the warranty period of the stroller.

To resolve any warranty claims, Bumprider will provide a replacement for any applicable part of the stroller that has a manufacturing defect within two years. If after several attempts at resolving, the replacement part does not fix the issue, Bumprider will offer a replacement or refund for the original value of the stroller.

The Warranty Policy Covers:

• Manufacturing Defects to chassis (including handlebar and magnetic components) and wheels. 

This Warranty Policy does not cover

• Purchases from an unauthorized retailer
• Purchases made outside of the US
• Secondhand purchases
• Normal wear and tear
• Customer dissatisfaction
• Airline or travel damage
• Warranty is void if there are signs of misuse or mishandling of stroller.
